PUTRAJAYA： Media Prima Bhd (MPB) group chairman Datuk Syed Russian Aljunid yesterday paid a courtesy call on Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail at her office in the Women, Family and Commu nity Development Ministry.
He said the visit was to boost relations between the media house and the ministry, as well as to better understand its policies and best practices. "The ministry has done many things to help people, especially underprivileged women and chil dren. However, these activities have gone under the radar and the public is not aware of the min istry^ efforts. So we came here to see how we could help spread the word about the ministry's efforts, in hopes that the public, too, could play their role to help their communities," he said.
